The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale
Returns and exchange details

If for any reason you are not entirely pleased, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Exchange requests must be made no later than three (3) days from date of delivery. Exchanges must be shipped back 7 days from delivery.
I will process the exchange only after item is returned in its original condition,
The buyer is responsible for return shipping and for shipping new items back to you .
Please kindly note that we are not liable for any damages, or losses caused by the postage company. We will do our best to make sure your jewelry is well packaged and ready to gift and enjoyed .
